Product questions

All of our products are made by us right here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We pride ourselves on working with local Canadian farmers and fishermen to provide all of our customers with the best available and highest quality ingredients. 

If your pet(s) have any food intolerances, allergies or dietary restrictions and you’d like to purchase a surprise snackbox or subscribe, please add it to the note section during checkout.

We recommend storing your snacks in a cool, dark and dry place when the package is unopened. 

All of our snacks and products are packaged and sealed to assure they remain as fresh as possible, for as long as possible.

Long term storage

Unopened snack packages are guaranteed to remain fresh for at least 10 years. If you purchase our snacks in bulk or are keeping snacks in long term storage for your pets in case of emergency, please make sure you are keeping them stored in a dark, cool and dry place with an average room temperature of 23 degrees Celsius (75 degrees Fahrenheit) or below.

Short term storage

Once a snack bag has been opened, it is important to reseal the bag using the resealable zipper to prevent any moisture or oxygen exposure. Make sure to keep snacks out of direct sunlight and avoid storing snacks over a long period of time in high temperatures. All of these things guarantee a shelf life of up to 30 days. If stored in your fridge snacks will last up to 6 months. For a shelf life of up to 1 year after a snackbag has been opened keeping them in the freezer is a great option, and no need to worry — snacks will stay soft and they won’t freeze since they have already been freeze-dried.

ORDER questions

Our current processing times are between 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary during sales and busier seasons. Once your order gets shipped, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information. Please remember shipping varies depending on location.

If you would like to add items to your order please add your original order number in the note section when placing a new order and specify. Please note adding items to your order may delay your original order.

If you’d like to return or exchange any of our products we ask that you reach out to our support team! You can send an email to support@snackpaws.com explaining any issues and we’ll be happy to find a solution!

Step 2: Hover over the “My Account” link in the top right corner of the page and click “Edit Account” from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Make the necessary changes to your account details and click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

Shipping questions

We ship everywhere in Canada and the USA. Please note shipping prices and times vary according to where you are located.
