Product questions

All of our products are made right here in Canada. We pride ourselves on working with local Canadian farmers and fishermen to provide all of our customers with the best available and highest quality ingredients.

Our snackboxes were designed with every pet in mind which is why we made it possible to customize your pet’s snackbox. Just choose our custom snackbox option instead and fill it up with the snacks of your pet’s choice!

All of our snacks and products are packaged and sealed to assure they remain as fresh as possible, for as long as possible.

Long term storage

Unopened snack packages are guaranteed to remain fresh for at least 10 years. If you purchase our snacks in bulk or are keeping snacks in long term storage for your pets in case of emergency, please make sure you are keeping them stored in a dark cool place with an average room temperature of 23 degrees Celsius (75 degrees Fahrenheit) or below.

Short term storage

Once a snack bag has been opened, it is important to reseal the bag using the resealable zipper to prevent any moisture or oxygen exposure. Make sure to keep snacks out of direct sunlight and avoid storing snacks over a long period of time in high temperatures. All of these things guarantee a shelf life of up to 6 months. For a shelf life of up to 1 year after a snackbag has been opened keeping them in the freezer is a great option, and no need to worry — snacks will stay soft and they won’t freeze since they have already been freeze-dried!

Subscription questions

The first time you purchase a snackbox from us it gets shipped as soon as your order is processed. We will send you a confirmation email once we’ve shipped your order where you’ll be able to track your pet’s snackbox until it arrives at your door!

If you signed up for a snackbox subscription your box is shipped out between the 14th to the 16th of every month.

If you would like to cancel a snackbox subscription please email us directly at support@snackpaws.com and in the subject line please type ‘cancel snackbox’ so someone from our support team can assist you with your cancellation promptly.

Need to put your subscription on hold? No problem just email support@snackpaws.com and we’ll do it for you!

As long as you are travelling within Canada, we can definitely make that change for you! Just email support@snackpaws.com and we’ll make sure your pets superfood snackbox arrives wherever they are!

If you’d like to return or exchange any of our products we ask that you reach out to our support team! You can send an email to support@snackpaws.com explaining any issues and we’ll be happy to find a solution!

Step 1: Log in to your snackpaws account.

Step 2: Hover over the “My Account” link in the top right corner of the page and click “Edit Account” from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Make the necessary changes to your account details and click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

Shipping questions

At the moment we are only shipping to Canada, but we are working very hard to make our products available in the USA as well.

Just log in to your account with us on our log in page and go to your settings

Billing questions

Your card on file will be charged every month on the during your subscription term.

We automatically renew all subscriptions to ensure that your pet doesn’t miss his/her next snackbox!

You will be renewed on the same day of the month you purchased your first snackbox. For example, if you purchased a 6-month plan on March 2nd, 2023, you will be renewed on July 2nd, 2023.
